Not able to add any coin to my portfolio

I have not been able to add any coin to my portfolio since March 6, 2019. I fill the info, and when I click on the button, the button changes color while I press it, but nothing happens next. The coin is not added. I have tried both, the mobile app and the website with the same behavior. I have exited from it, logged off and back in, but still the same.
Please help.

The ability to add 0 cost transactions was added in the latest update.

More details on this issue: I cannot add a zero (0) cost transaction the way I used to. But this is problematic for staking coins, for which you pay nothing for the staked coins.
